By using FitDash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
FitDash provides fitness program generation, workout tracking, nutrition logging, optional health-data import, AI-assisted coaching and program features, and related tools. Content — including AI-generated advice, meal estimates, and training suggestions — is for informational and educational purposes only and is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program or changing diet, especially if you have injuries, medical conditions, or health concerns.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during onboarding. You must be at least 13 years old to use FitDash.
Premium features (which may include AI Coach and other AI tools) require a paid subscription billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
AI features may be subject to fair-use or daily usage limits. Availability may depend on subscription status, network connectivity, and abuse-prevention checks. Deleting your FitDash account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
If you grant Health Connect or Apple Health permissions, FitDash may read height, weight, and sleep to personalize the experience. Sleep may be shared with AI Coach only when you enable that option. You control these permissions in system settings and in-app preferences. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter or import.
You may not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, disrupt AI or backend services, submit unlawful or harmful content to AI features, or use FitDash for unlawful purposes.
FitDash, its branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit. We may process your submitted content as needed to operate the service (for example, syncing workouts or generating an AI response).
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for injuries, incorrect AI outputs, nutrition estimate errors, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the app. Exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risk; use the app at your own judgment.
You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and other users.
We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
